During the fourth quarter of 2023, the top 5 business apps on a unified platform in Europe showcased diverse trends in their weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance:

LinkedIn: Network & Job Finder saw a notable revenue increase, peaking at approximately $2M in the week of December 27. Weekly downloads showed a gradual decrease from around 299K at the start of the quarter to 234K by the end of December. Active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, starting at approximately 14.1M and ending at about 12.6M.

Adobe Acrobat Reader: Edit PDF experienced a steady weekly revenue, peaking at $415K in the week of November 27. Downloads remained relatively stable, starting at about 311K and slightly declining to 258K by the end of December. Active users also trended downward, from around 17.5M in late September to 14.9M by the close of the quarter.

iScanner: PDF & OCR Scanner showed consistent revenue growth, reaching up to $230K in the week of December 18. Downloads fluctuated but generally maintained an upward trend, starting at 108K and ending at 123K. Active users also increased, starting at about 204K and closing the quarter at 227K.

Zoom Workplace reported a peak revenue of approximately $147K in the week of November 27. Downloads started strong at 524K, peaking at 547K in mid-November, before dropping to 295K by the end of December. Active users saw a significant decline from around 8.3M in late September to 5.1M in the final week of December.

Invoice Simple: Receipt Maker had a steady revenue performance, peaking at $129K in the week of November 27. Downloads were relatively low, starting at 4.9K and dropping to 2.9K by the end of December. Active users also saw a decrease, from 18.3K at the start of the quarter to 14.6K by the end.
